- Role Breakdown: Provide us with your character breakdowns and production details. The more information you give, the better we can match performers to your needs.
- Talent Search: We’ll search through our extensive database for performers who fit the bill, and also post casting notices on Spotlight that artists and agents can apply to. We’ll send out invitations and arrange audition slots.
- Auditions & Shortlisting: We handle the entire audition process, from managing schedules to gathering feedback. Once the auditions are complete, we’ll present you with a final shortlist of top candidates.
- Casting Finalised: Once you’ve selected your cast, we’ll assist with the final paperwork, offers and confirmations.
